Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Stryde collects when you use our website and application (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Team content — information a Team Owner or Collaborator enters into the Service, such as team member rosters, job titles, work activities, hours, capacity, and evaluation/performance information.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment details on our behalf; we receive limited information back from Stripe (such as your subscription status and a customer reference id), not your full card details.
• Usage information — basic technical information generated by using the Service (for example, which features are used), which may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to understand and improve the product.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe;
• communicate with you about your account or the Service;
• maintain the security and integrity of the Service; and
• understand and improve the product, using aggregated or de-identified usage information where reasonably possible.

We do not use identifiable Team or employee performance information for AI training, advertising, or resale, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Team and Employee Information

Much of the information in Stryde — team rosters, activities, hours, and evaluations — is entered by a Team Owner about the people on their Team, not by those people directly. If you are a Team Owner, you are responsible for ensuring that collecting and entering this information into Stryde complies with applicable privacy, employment, and data-protection laws, and that any notices or consents required by law are given to the people concerned. See Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions for more detail.

5. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as reasonably necessary to run the Service:

• Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store and run the Service’s infrastructure on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Data Security

Stryde uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Service, including access controls that keep each account’s data separated from other accounts’. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim that your data is completely secure.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings inside the app (Settings → “Delete account”), which removes your account, your Team’s roster and activity records if you are an Owner, and your personal data.

Following account deletion, subscription cancellation, or account termination, we may retain certain information for a limited period where reasonably necessary for backup, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Choices

You can review and update your name from Settings inside the app at any time, and delete your account and its data from the same place. For any other request about your information, contact us at hello@strydelogic.com.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance, where permitted by applicable law.
